We believe that a well-established decision gate process and a project quality management system are essential to our work, and we prioritize continual learning and knowledge transfer to create efficiencies across projects. Our robust project governance enables us to manage an international portfolio of activities, and we collaborate with consultants, suppliers and contractors to achieve optimal results.
