At FREYR, our factories will be the hub of our organization. The Operations team is responsible for running all the factories that FREYR operates, and it will be the department in which most people in the company will work.

We believe that multi-skilled teams perform best. We also believe machines, robots and digitalization should do the repetitive or dangerous work, while the humans add the knowledge and perform the tasks that technology cannot. As FREYR develops its factories, our team will function as the asset owner. We will set the framework for our concept, equipment, and operating model. Once operational, our team has the ambition to run the most technologically advanced factories in the world.
