We believe that in order for FREYR to meet its big ambitions, we must at all times adhere to Norwegian and international laws and regulations. Our team also works to ensure robust legal structures and sets a sound contractual basis for all activities. Our work includes: procurement, contract reviews and negotiations | offtake and sales contracts and raw material supply agreements | business development, joint Venture set-up, financing, and M&A | corporate structure and tax advice; US securities compliance (SEC/NYSE) | intellectual property matters; licenses, IP rights and confidentiality (NDAs) | regulatory framework oversight and advice; HSE, ESG | policy development and process support; IT, HR, Communication | anti-corruption, human rights, and export control compliance assessments.
