At FREYR, our people are the heart of our company. The HR and Organizational Development team is responsible for taking an innovative approach to building FREYR’s culture, establishing competence and organizational structures, and we like to think differently when we recruit, onboard, compensate and engage with HR systems.
We believe in developing and nurturing our people, and we strive to support the company’s contribution to the green shift. Some of our work is to put the HR foundation in place, ensuring that FREYR provides the structure and support required for employees. We add a splash of “FREYR flavor” to our work because we plan on becoming the most interesting industrial workplace in the world. That’s why we develop custom solutions to attract and onboard new employees, and it’s why we are dedicated to our purpose, people empowerment, and taking responsibility for all that we do and deliver.
