FREYR Battery is on a mission to decarbonize energy and transportation systems globally by producing the world’s most sustainable battery cells.

The first step towards achieving our goals is building four battery cell factories in Mo i Rana. We will soon be opening the doors to our Customer Qualification Plant – the first industrial scale lithium-ion battery cell manufacturing facility in Norway. Here we will validate and improve technology, materials, and cell designs as we prepare for commercial production at our Gigafactories, where we plan to deliver 43 GWh of battery cell capacity annually by 2025, positioning FREYR as one of Europe’s largest battery cell suppliers.

We are looking for a Contracts and Procurement Analyst to specify, establish and implement the digital solutions for contracts and procurement to enable superior operating results. The main responsibility of this role is to monitor and manage the performance of FREYR’s contracting activities. Inclusive of management of current procurement systems and implementation of new systems. Looking for improvement areas, digital solutions and sustainability initiatives. Another important element of the role is to support our contract managers and contract leads with analysis of existing and new supplier markets preparing for procurement processes.

Your main tasks include:

• Monitor and manage performance of Freyr's contracting activities
• Contract & Procurement system implementation and management
• Analyse main contractors' KPI reporting and performance development
• Market analysis and procurement process support

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in similar role an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study. Master degree advantageous

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) Norwegian skills advantageous
• Detail oriented and good communication skills
